SERVICE AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (SSA)

Essential Job Responsibilities: The SSA assists the person served and members of the team to identify what is important to and important for the person.  The SSA is the primary point of coordination, assisting the person with developmental disabilities with development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the Individualized Service Plan (ISP). The SSA works in partnership with the person and members of the ISP team to ensure that the services in the ISP meet their needs and help the person achieve the desired outcomes. 

 

Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required. Ability to obtain and maintain the certification requirements of the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODODD). Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Successful completion of BCII/FBI background check and multiple database background checks as defined by ODODD Rule 5123-2-02.

 

Compensation: The position is full-time and offers a benefits package. Compensation is based upon experience and education level.
